Merchants who set aside time to manage their own mobile store can have a terrific mobile commerce platform with high sales and conversion rates! To start, spend enough time to learn the platform and then regularly, we recommend you spend about 4-5 hours in your dashboard per week to be sure that you are merchandising, monitoring sales, search activity and sending out SMS Marketing campaigns. In the large scheme of your day that's not too much time, but we know that you also have other priorities as well.


Live Chat - Available on or when you are logged in to your dashboard (9-5 MST). There are two ways to inquire during business hours for more help: (1) Instant message with a live mobile expert or (2) leave us an email and the Support Team will get back to you. Our mobile experts will guide you to find answers to troubleshoot your data feed, advise on your mShopper Dashboard configurations, answer questions regarding mobile related orders, issues or guide you to mHelp answers or mShopper University videos, webinars and other downloads.

Note: Live Chat mobile experts will not conduct any hands on configurations for you, but instead will guide you. If your request cannot be serviced by the above means, we'll let you know that a request falls under a paid support plan. Also other comprehensive ad-hoc strategic help is available for $75/hour. Inquire within.
