mShopper offers a monthly paid service for 2-way email/phone support with technical guidance. 

WHEN & WHY Q&A SUPPORT:

 If you are a merchant who is not too technical and has a lot of questions about how to configure your mStore or need specific instructions on features, etc. then this is a plan for you.  Hire us immediately when you launch to get off to a great start or down the road when you realize you don't have enough time. This plan is the most inexpensive way to have an mShopper expert provide 1-on-1 support that is both comprehensive and direct. Our personalized tips and tricks will help you make improvements in sales and conversion.

If you find yourself needing a variety of other help, such as having mShopper manage your mStore on your behalf for  merchandising and SMS campaigns consider upgrading to work with the Performance Services Group (PSG). The majority of our merchants have at one time worked with our PSG mobile experts and have seen increases in sales, conversion and received tutorials on all of the features available in the dashboard.
