Here are quick must know-tips when getting started with your mShopper Mobile Commerce Dashboard

* Datafeed: When creating a data feed, include and map as many additional fields and dynamic sections as possible such as: regular and sale price, size/color/length attributes, multiple images, reviews, detailed product description, html, videos, animated gifs. Read our complete data feed spec here.

* Datafeed Scheduling: Schedule to Push/Retreive your data feed as often as every 3 hours to avoid inventory issues.

* Custom Pages: If you cannot optimize your data feed further, create Custom Pages to include details such as hot deal promotions, warrantees, customer info, sweepstakes, etc. Learn more here.

* APIs: Consider implementing APIs for a seamless e-com synchronization on orders, sales, buyer authenticaion and promo codes, etc. mShopper can help you customize anything!

* Hot Deals: Merchandise product hot deals and Today's hot deal daily or at least weekly, learn more here.

* Header: Update your mStore header with a logo and also message in there your promotional offers like free shipping or a promo code because the header appears on all pages! Learn more here.

* Banner: Update your homepage banner for branding and merchandising and link it to a deeper page, but don't forget to include promo codes as well. Learn more here.

* Promo Codes: Manage Your Promo Codes by scheduling them inside your Dashboard monthly. Learn more here.

* Order Processing: Process your own orders (Live order Queue) to monitor mobile vs e-com sales and troubleshoot orders quickly. Learn more about all order processing options here.

* Ecommerce SMS Sign-up: Use our tools to create a mobile sign up form via your e-com homepage to obtain permission based phone numbers for sending out your SMS Marketing campaigns. Learn more here.

* Sign Up & Save: The Sign Up & Save feature encourages sales directly on the cart page and grows your mobile database simulatenously for sending out SMS Marketing campaigns. Learn more here.

* SMS Loyalty Program: SMS is an incredibly high value channel to create/sustain a deeper engagement. Shoppers opt-in to receive alerts so the value add is to connect with them via ongoing targeted messaging. Schedule & Authorize SMS Marketing campaigns to establish (1) branded impressions (information about secret sales, brand information, new releases, etc) and also (2) build a direct response channel (super savings, deal of day, large discounts, etc) and include promo codes with great savings on products, categories, total cart and shipping.
